3. Restrictions:

Sell or transfer the PLR license to another party.

Use the Product in any way that promotes or facilitates illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.

4. Liability:

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Licensee agrees to use the Product at their own risk and shall not hold Passion Planner Hub liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use.

5. Termination:

Passion Planner Hub reserves the right to terminate this PLR License Agreement at any time if Licensee violates any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease using, selling, or distributing the Product.

6. Refund Policy:

No refunds shall be provided for the purchase of the PLR-licensed digital products.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
